Jenn Ferris
Member Engagement & Administration
Jenn joined the staff of CAI Keystone as Chapter Administrator in April 2023. Jenn spent 36 years working in video post-production and saw the industry change exponentially over the years. Looking for a new challenge and something completely different, she discovered CAI Keystone and realized it was the perfect “different” for her.
Although she now lives in Wyndmoor with her wife and son, she was born in Philadelphia and feels strongly that the old adage is true, “you can take the girl out of the city, but you will never take the city out of the girl!”
In addition to being a mom to her son, Jenn is a proud dog mom to two rescue pups, Tara and Suzie. When she finds spare time, Jenn is an avid reader and toy collector. She loves the simple life with her family and is happy to be part of the CAI Keystone family!

Amanda Henderson
Manager, Member Development, Retention & Engagement
Amanda’s journey with CAI Keystone has been one of growth and connection. She joined the chapter in December 2021 as Chapter Administrator and quickly became part of the vibrant Keystone community.
In January 2023, she stepped into the role of Manager of Membership and Marketing, where her passion for engaging with members truly flourished.
Then, in June 2025, Amanda, her husband Jonathon, and their sweet cat, Penny, embraced a new adventure by relocating to Upstate New York to be closer to family. While the move meant saying hello to her sister as a neighbor (quite literally), it also meant saying goodbye to CAI Keystone.
Fortunately, that farewell was short-lived. Soon after, Amanda received an invitation to return to the chapter staff in a remote capacity as Manager of Member Development, Retention & Engagement, a newly created role that perfectly aligns with her people-first philosophy.
Despite the physical distance, she remains only an email or phone call away, eager to help make every member’s experience as rewarding as possible. See for yourself and click the button to send her an email!
