Mini Trade Shows
Each Fall, CAI hosts a series of mini trade shows in various geographic locations, including in Southern New Jersey and the Pocono Mountains. A limited number of sponsorships and exhibit tables are available for business partners and management companies.
New Jersey Reverse Mini Trade Show & Education Forum
CAI’s New Jersey Mini Trade Show & Education Forum will take place on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. This morning program (8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) will feature breakfast and a reverse trade show that includes dedicated time for speed dating between business partner attendees and manager/homeowner attendees, plus an educational session for attendees. Exhibitor Speed Dating
A limited number of exhibitor speed dating slots are available and will sell out, so reserve your spot early. Speed dating slots for the NJ Reverse Trade Show are sold out.
Exhibitor Speed Dating Fee* – $450 / CAI member organizations; $675 non-members. Entitles your company to one attendee to the event, including the speed dating portion with manager and homeowner attendees. Exhibitors will not have tables to display information and giveaways. Exhibitor attendees may distribute brochures and promotional items during the speed dating portion of the event.
*Early rate. Exhibitor fee increases after October 9, 2022.
Payment is expected at time of reservation.
Pocono Mountains Mini Trade Show & Education Forum
CAI’s Pocono Mountains Mini Trade Show & Education Forum will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. This morning (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) program will feature breakfast and dedicated exhibitor time, plus an educational session for attendees. A limited number of exhibitor tables are available and will sell out, so reserve your spot early. Click here for the floor plan and to choose your table preferences. Mini trade show tables for the Poconos are sold out.
Exhibitor Fee* – $450 / CAI member organizations; $675 non-members
*Early rate. Exhibitor fee increases after October 16, 2021. Exhibitors receive a table top display and two attendees to the event. Additional exhibitor attendees can be purchased for $59 per person.
