Mini Trade Shows
Each Fall, CAI hosts a series of mini trade shows in various geographic locations, including in Southern New Jersey and the Pocono Mountains. A limited number of sponsorships and exhibit tables are available for business partners and management companies.
New Jersey Regional Council Mini Trade Show & Education Forum
CAI’s New Jersey Mini Trade Show & Education Forum will take place on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. This morning program (8:30 AM to 12:00 PM) will feature breakfast and a trade show that includes dedicated time for attendees to visit exhibit tables, plus an educational session for attendees. Exhibitor Tables
A limited number of exhibitor tables are available and will sell out, so reserve your spot early. Exhibit tables will be available for purchase in early July. As of August 30, 2024, exhibit tables are SOLD OUT for the NJ Mini Trade Show. Contact staff to be added to the waiting list in the event of cancelations.
Exhibitor Registration Fee* – $550 / CAI member organizations; $1,000 non-members.
*Early rate. Exhibitor fee increases after September 6, 2024.
Exhibitors receive a table top display and two attendees to the event. Additional exhibitor attendees can be purchased for $49 per person.
Payment is expected at time of reservation.
Pocono Mountains Mini Trade Show & Education Forum
CAI’s Pocono Mountains Mini Trade Show & Education Forum will take place on Wednesday, November 14, 2024. This morning (8:30 AM to 12:00 PM) program will feature breakfast and dedicated exhibitor time, plus an educational session for attendees.
