Frumkin Named 2018 Robert Wise President’s Award Recipient
The Robert Wise President’s Award was established in 1996 to honor former chapter president Robert Wise, principal and owner of Wise Management Company and who was an active member of this chapter for many years. The award is given out each year by the President of the Board to a chapter member who has shown outstanding service and dedication to the chapter. The 2018 Robert H. Wise, Sr. President’s Award recipient is Mitch Frumkin, PE, RS, CGP, President of Kipcon, Inc.
Mitch Frumkin has been a dedicated and long-serving volunteer with both the chapter and national CAI. Mitch served as national president of Community Associations Institute in 2001, after serving on the board and as chapter president of the New Jersey Chapter of CAI. Mitch joined the board of directors of the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter in 2011, and went on to serve as President of the chapter in 2016.
Mitch has also been active in chapter committees, serves as a member of CAI’s national faculty, and was the driving force behind CAI’s national reserve study standards.
Mitch has earned CAI’s Reserve Study (RS) Designation for reserve professionals. He has spoken extensively at national and chapter events and has authored articles and publications for CAI. Mitch has been a strong advocate for CAI and has served as a member of CAI since 1992 – 26 years.
The Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter is proud to have had Mitch as a dedicated member for many years and we are pleased to honor him with the Robert H. Wise, Sr. President’s Award.
