Delaware Reimposes Indoor Mask Mandate Effective January 11, 2022

Today, Governor Carney signed a revision to the State of Emergency Declaration requiring masks in indoor public settings. The requirement applies to all space open to the public, whether publicly or privately owned, where the public has access by right or invitation as well as building lobbies or common spaces, elevators, hallways, bathrooms, and buildings or meeting rooms where people gather for business, social, civic or cultural purposes.
