As part of CAI’s Legislative Action Committees, the PA LAC is a respected and proactive advocate for the interests of community associations, homeowners, board leaders, managers, and the professionals who serve them. Built from a diverse group of association volunteers and industry experts, this committee tracks proposed legislation, educates lawmakers, and defends against laws that could harm your community.
