As the owner of your successful management enterprise, many times we fall into the trap of focusing more on the management side of the business instead of the development side of the business and truly acting as the company CEO. Organizations that fail to change may fail to survive. Organizational change, and uncertainty, is everywhere - whether it is adapting to new technology, onboarding a new CEO, experiencing a significant growth in business, expanding to new markets, or going through a merger or acquisition, how your company manages that change will determine its success or failure. This panel discussion will focus on strategies and best practices leaders use to navigate significant transformation, including:
- The importance of clear communication
- Aligning organizational culture with change initiatives
- Managing resistance among employees and maintaining employee engagement
- Balancing short-term challenges with long-term vision.
Tuesday Session 3: Incorporating AI into Your Company Operations
Incorporating AI into Your Company Operations
Panelists & Moderator: TBA, moderated by Greg Smith, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Director of Learning and Development, Associa
Artificial intelligence can be as basic as using ChatGPT to draft notices and and enhance overall communication or as complex as using AI to talk to clients about service issues, and everything in between. Organizations that don't adopt AI may be left behind. This panel discussion will examine use cases for artificial intelligence in the community association management space, including specific techniques being used by management companies right now, and provide ideas on how you can incorporate AI into your real world operations.
Tuesday Closing Session: Think Tank on Incorporating AI into your Organization
