Hit the links with your CAI colleagues on Monday, September 23, 2024 at Cedarbrook Country Club in Blue Bell, PA.
CAI’s annual golf outing is named in honor of longtime member, past-president, supporter, and friend, Mary Ann McNulty, CMCA. Mary Ann served as president of the chapter in 2003 and was active in CAI for over two decades. Your registration includes driving range, golf and cart, lunch and after party, Hole in One Contest, Longest Drive Contest, Closest to the Pin Contest, prizes and more! Not a golfer? Register for the all new Pickleball Tournament which will take place at Cedarbrook during the golf outing. Pickleball registration includes a ticket to the After Party.
Schedule at Glance
- Golfer check-in, Lunch & Driving Range – 11:00 AM
- Shotgun Start: 12:00 PM
- Pickleball Tournament check-in – 3:00 PM. Registration does not include lunch.
- After Party – begins at approximately 5:00 PM based on pace of play

Golf registration includes lunch, greens fees, cart rental, on course beverages, golf towel, golf balls, ball marker, gift from CAI, After Party ticket, Hole in One Contest, Longest Drive Contest and Closest to the Pin Contest.
Registration – Individual Golfer Attendees:
- $350* Business Partner Members / $300 Manager and Homeowner members
Registration – Foursomes:
- $1,500.00* per Foursome (Members) includes a Tee/Green sponsorship
Registration – Pickleball Team of Two:
- $369* Members
Includes pickleball tournament, giveaway, after party ticket, and prizes for winning team. Limited to 8 teams of 2.
Registration After Party Only:
- $119* CAI Keystone Members

By submitting a registration for a CAI chapter program or event, attendees agree to the CAI Communicable Disease Related Hold Harmless, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.
