Event Covid-19 Code of Conduct for on-site Attendees

This Code of Conduct is a collection of rules and regulations that is intended to outline what is and is not acceptable or expected behavior at CAI’S Annual Conference & Expo.

All attendees to chapter events and meetings are required to present proof of full Covid-19 vaccination as defined by the CDC for admittance to any in person meetings or events.

These guidelines are being implemented to provide as safe an environment as possible for members to opt to attend this event in-person. Responsibility for a safe environment is shared equally among event organizers, the event venue and the event attendees.

Every individual involved in this event shares a common belief in the value of live, in-person events, and each stakeholder has a role to play in the mitigation of risk, the continuance of in-person events, and the collective well-being of participants.

By registering for this event, all attendees, including exhibitor attendees, agree that failure to comply with this Code of Conduct will result in your removal from the event, without refund, and potentially being banned from future Keystone CAI events as determined by the Keystone CAI Board of Directors.
